We require all order(s) to be placed and confirmed 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. Orders placed less than 48 hours of delivery date are not guaranteed,and are subject to inventory availability. All orders made are also not guaranteed due to subject of availability. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the full amount of the rental along and the designated security deposit will be charged within 24 hours to the debit card or credit card provided for payment. We use Paypal.com for our exclusive card processing merchant on all rental orders. Any changes or additions to an existing rental order must be made 48 hours prior to the renter’s confirmed arrival date and time. Upon delivering your rental equipment and contract, a valid driver’s license of the registered renter and vehicle license plate number must be presented in person to a Red Crab Rentals, LLC delivery agent. At that time, the renter agrees to view and inspect all rental items for any defects or scratches warranted for written notation. Once a Red Crab Rentals, LLC agent picks up the rental equipment from the renter, a brisk and general inspection of all item(s) rented on site for any damage(s) or missing item(s) that would deem the rental item unusable or void for future rentals will be done. The Red Crab Rentals, LLC agent will determine the refund amount, if any, upon the return inspection. All applicable security deposits will be processed for a refund to the designated debit card or credit card provided on the contract within 48 hours of the rental items being returned to a Red Crab Rentals, LLC delivery agent. We make no guarantees on the amount of time the security deposit refund will take to apply back to your designated debit card or credit card. If your plans have changed and you will need an order refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the renter’s confirmed arrival date and time. A $25 processing fee will be applied to any applicable cancellation. We will not issue any refunds if the renter requests a cancellation within 48 hours or less from the confirmed arrival date and time. We do not offer refunds for inclement or poor weather at any given time.

Renter agrees to be completely responsible for the care of the items or equipment rented. Any injuries sustained or damages to other persons or property due to mishandling or negligence of the items or equipment rented throughout the rental period is solely the responsibility of the renter. Renter understands that there are certain risks of injury from the use or misuse of all such rented items, including but not limited to the potential risk of serious injury, disability or death from the use of such items. Renter assumes all responsibility for rented equipment while in Renter’s possession. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Red Crab Rentals, LLC and their owners, operators, and employees from any claim arising from renter’s use, operation or possession of the rented equipment. Under no circumstances will Red Crab Rentals, LLC be held responsible for any damage including but not limited to person(s), or property, disability, injury or loss, including death, arising from the use of any rented equipment or the failure of the equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer. The renter further agrees he or she will be held accountable for any damages to any and all parties involved during their rental period. If any of the rented item(s) are damaged, broken, altered, lost, or stolen, under any circumstances, it is the sole responsibility of the renter to pay for the cost to replace the item(s) in the same working condition as the items were at the time of the renter’s delivery.
